OVERVIEW The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as the senior financial executive and strategic business partner to the President & CEO and Executive Leadership Team. The CFO is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, financial stewardship, and operational management of the Finance Department, ensuring the long-term fiscal sustainability of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Coastal Plain. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role ideal for a dynamic professional ready to shape and optimize HR processes in a growing environment. Responsibilities Oversee and enhance end-to-end HR operational processes, including process audits, automation, and system optimization to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.
