As part of the broader US Connected Solutions operating model, this role will partner closely with US leadership, engineering, technical operations, production services, sales, account management, finance, and other facility leaders to ensure South Florida operates as a flagship hub within NEP’s connected production ecosystem. Key Responsibilities 1. South Florida Hub Leadership & Operational Excellence Lead the South Florida Hub: Serve as the senior executive leader for the South Florida Connected Solutions facility, ensuring the site operates as a flagship hub within NEP’s connected production ecosystem. Own Operational Performance: Ensure day‑to‑day operations meet NEP standards for reliability, readiness, facility presentation, client service, communication, safety, and execution across all facility functions. Drive Operational Standards: Lead adoption of SOPs, runbooks, escalation paths, facility workflows, and US/Global Connected Solutions standards across a large, more complex operating environment. Bridge Engineering, Operations & Production: Serve as the senior connector across engineering, technical operations, production operations, MCR/NOC/TOC functions, client‑facing teams, and facility support. Plan for Scale: Partner with leadership on facility utilization, control‑room readiness, capacity planning, infrastructure needs, staffing models, and future growth requirements. 2. Client Partnership & Service Delivery Serve as Senior Facility Sponsor: Act as the senior South Florida operational partner and escalation point for major customers using the facility. Strengthen Client Confidence: Maintain proactive communication with customers, production partners, and account teams to ensure expectations are clear, issues are resolved quickly, and service delivery remains strong. Support Strategic Growth: Partner with Sales, Strategic Accounts, and Account Management on customer meetings, executive site visits, renewals, expansions, local activations, and operational solutioning. Protect Delivery Quality: Ensure every customer experience reflects NEP’s reputation for reliability, professionalism, operational excellence, and high‑touch live production support. Lead a Large, Multi‑Disciplinary Team: Manage and develop the South Florida Connected Solutions team across operations, production support, facility operations, client‑facing support, and TOC/MCR/NOC workflows, while partnering closely with engineering leadership on technical team priorities and development. Build Leadership Depth: Develop managers and team leads, clarify ownership, strengthen succession planning, and ensure the facility has the leadership capacity required to scale. Set the Cultural Standard: Create a positive, accountable, client‑focused environment grounded in operational excellence, communication, collaboration, professionalism, and pride in the facility. Lead with Executive Presence: Maintain visible, in‑person leadership while also operating as a senior local representative of Connected Solutions with clients, executives, and cross‑functional partners. 4. Budget, Resource & Facility Management Own the South Florida Facility Budget: Manage a complex facility budget, including operating expenses, staffing resources, facility overhead, maintenance, travel, freelance support, and capital investment planning. Drive Financial Performance: Partner with Finance, Production, and Operations leadership to manage utilization, labor efficiency, cost control, margin protection, forecasting, and performance against approved financial targets. Prioritize Investment Needs: Identify and recommend facility, technology, staffing, and infrastructure investments needed to support current operations and future growth. Manage Capacity & Risk: Ensure resource plans, facility usage, and operating models are aligned to customer demand, delivery requirements, and financial expectations. Support Critical Live Production Needs: Be available as needed for major live events, customer‑critical workflows, escalations, and facility activations, including on nights, weekends, and holidays. Lead Escalation Discipline: Ensure major issues are communicated clearly, resolved quickly, reviewed appropriately, and converted into operational improvements. Coordinate Across Hubs: Partner with Connected Solutions facilities in Los Angeles, Dallas, New York, and other NEP locations to support multi‑site workflows, shared customer delivery, and One NEP execution. You do not need to be the deepest technical engineer in the room, but you must have the operational judgment and technical fluency to lead a large, high‑pressure facility, support major customers, and make sound business decisions. Qualifications 12 years of experience in live production, broadcast operations, streaming operations, media facilities, technical operations, production operations, venue operations, or a related operational leadership environment. Proven experience leading large, multi‑disciplinary teams in a high‑pressure, client‑facing, operationally complex environment. Experience managing a complex facility, production operation, technical operation, control room environment, MCR/NOC/TOC, or similar live media workplace strongly
