Required Qualifications * Leadership experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of modernizing complex enterprise platforms in regulated or mission-critical environments.* Deep expertise in AWS cloud architecture and infrastructure modernization, including hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform strongly preferred).* Demonstrated success designing and delivering modern data platforms, large-scale data pipelines, and data engineering solutions at enterprise scale.* Experience with enterprise-scale relational databases, including Oracle, and proven ability to drive database modernization initiatives.* Strong background in DevSecOps, platform engineering, observability platforms, monitoring, logging, and operational reliability practices.* Ability to influence across organizational boundaries, lead through ambiguity, and deliver measurable outcomes in complex, matrixed environments. Who we are looking for We are seeking a strategic, client-focused, and transformational leader to serve as SVP, Head of Accounting & Fund Administration. This executive will be responsible for the overall leadership, governance, and delivery of Accounting and Fund Administration services across a global operating model, ensuring operational excellence, financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client outcomes.
