The role serves as a link between channel partners and the company, helping resolve moderately complex issues related to parts orders, product availability, configuration, and shipments. The position is 100% warehouse-based with some data entry and administrative work. No forklift operation is required. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and resolve issues related to Service Parts orders, availability, configuration, and shipments. Perform data entry and maintain information in departmental systems and databases. Create, update, and support Microsoft Office documents and other business systems. Use data management and internal communication systems to retrieve required information. Perform supply chain and order fulfillment activities using established procedures. Support internal teams with standard operational activities. Plan and organize daily/monthly workload and prioritize high-priority tasks. Coordinate work activities when needed to improve workflow. Identify and help resolve simple and recurring process inefficiencies. Support audits and may have temporary schedule changes, including occasional Saturdays.
