About Engine At Engine, we're transforming business travel into something personalized, rewarding, and simple. For too long, managing travel and spend has been overwhelming and fragmented — we're here to change that. We believe the future of travel should be seamless and powered by technology that delights customers at every step. That's why we're building a platform that brings together corporate travel, a powerful charge card, and modern spend management in one place. To make this vision real, we're looking for exceptional, mission-driven people to help redefine how businesses manage and experience travel. More than 30,000 companies already rely on Engine to support over 1 million travelers and billions in annual bookings each year. Cash flow positive with rapid growth, we pair exclusive Engine-only rates, industry-leading rewards, and intelligent automation to help businesses save money while delivering world-class personalization and convenience. Backed by Telescope Partners, Blackstone, and Permira, Engine has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing travel and fintech platforms in North America, with honors including the Deloitte Fast 500 and Built In's Best Places to Work. Your Mission Make Engine's products impossible to ignore. You'll be laser-focused on how we launch and how we build momentum, connecting product, growth, brand, and engineering into one coordinated motion that ships sharper positioning, faster, and at greater scale than our competitors can match. What You'll Bring Own product launches end to end. Build and run the launch playbook across our product lines, from positioning and messaging to release comms, enablement, and the cross-functional choreography that makes a launch land. Every release should create real market momentum. Bring product momentum to market. Turn roadmap into narrative. Find the story in what we ship, and orchestrate the channels, campaigns, and moments that make the market feel Engine's pace and ambition. Stay hands-on with data. Dig into the numbers yourself (launch performance, adoption, win rates, funnel impact) and use them to decide what to double down on, what to kill, and where the next opportunity is. You set leading and lagging indicators for PMM and hold the team to them. Push the orgs that ship. Be the productive force that pushes product, growth, brand, and engineering to be better and move faster. You'll set the bar for craft and speed, broker the hard prioritization calls, and make cross-functional partners more effective because you're in the room. Lead a verticalized team. Manage a team of product marketers organized by product line, operating across very different levels of product and GTM maturity, from emerging bets to scaled motions. You'll coach to each context, raise the floor, and build a bench that compounds. Think in systems. Build the frameworks, templates, messaging architecture, and source-of-truth context that let other teams, and AI agents, self-serve what they need without a meeting. You design the machine so PMM scales faster than headcount. Be creative. Bring original ideas to positioning, narrative, and how a launch shows up in the world. Always push for what would make the market stop and look. Who You Are Extensive product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a clear track record of launches that drove measurable adoption, pipeline, or share, ideally in fast-moving, multi-product environments. A builder of launch systems and GTM motions who has created the playbooks others now run on. Deeply hands-on with data; comfortable in tools like Looker, Amplitude, and spreadsheets, and able to translate analysis into decisions. A strong people leader who can manage marketers across varying levels of maturity and pull craft and speed out of cross-functional partners in product, growth, brand, and engineering. A systems thinker who is fluent in how AI agents and automation can scale a team, and excited to design context and tooling that lets others self-serve. Creative, assertive, and high-agency; you set a high bar and raise the pace around you. An excellent writer and communicator who can move an idea from a doc to a room to the market.
