The Director of Investor Relations (or Investor Relations and Treasury) will support the CFO and executive leadership team in building a disciplined, institutional-grade investor communications platform as the company advances toward public company operations. Help institutionalize scalable IR processes and governance frameworks as the company grows. Treasury, Liquidity and Funding (desirable rather than essential; may be assigned to another finance leadership role) Oversee the Group's liquidity and cash position across all entities, supported by the France-based Treasury Manager, including short- and long-term cash flow forecasting and the liquidity analysis that underpins the going concern assessment; design the Group bank account structure, cash pooling and intercompany funding. Execute and manage the Group's financings with the CFO and Corporate Development (bank facilities, project finance, bridge financing, convertible and equity linked instruments, and post-listing instruments such as SEPA); lead relationships with banks and lenders, negotiate term sheets, covenants and security packages, and monitor covenant compliance and lender reporting. Define and execute the Group's hedging policy for FX (EUR, GBP, USD) and interest rate risk, monitor commodity exposures, set the investment policy for surplus cash and manage bank counterparty and credit risk. Establish the Group treasury policy, delegations of authority, payment controls (segregation of duties, fraud prevention), the treasury management system and bank connectivity, and operate treasury controls within the SOX framework after listing. Qualifications Experience 7-15 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or capital markets. Experience in energy, utilities, infrastructure, aerospace/defense, nuclear, or other regulated capital-intensive industries preferred.
