Previous experience as a CFO, Interim CFO, VP of Finance, or Finance Director. Manufacturing industry experience required. Strong background in cost accounting and inventory-intensive environments. Experience managing banking relationships and debt facilities. Experience supporting privately held, family-owned, or private equity-backed organizations preferred. Preferred Credentials CPA, CMA, and/or MBA preferred.
