You will be a major contributor to the continued growth of the company by playing a fundamental role in bringing in-depth knowledge of technology solutions across GenAI, Salesforce, and Data solutions. The Director of Sales will be accountable for both farming (up-sell & cross-sell) and for hunting for new business. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth from the account/s by: Executing an automation-friendly sales qualification, pre-sales, and solution development processes that ensures new and repeat business Developing strategic relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the customer’s organization Ensuring customer satisfaction by working closely with our engineering and delivery teams. Job Responsibilities You hunt for new business by building relationships with field teams at Salesforce, Cohere, and AWS, and sourcing new business opportunities. You build a trusted group of referable contacts who can vouch for N28. He/she executes a plan to develop allies and partner allies, builds personal connections, and gains access to new contacts. You will develop and strengthen relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the account.You should become a trusted IT advisor to the customer. You will identify opportunities for growth in the account (s) and lead account strategy and planning. You will regularly monitor sales trends, market dynamics, and incorporate them into existing sales processes. You will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and nurturing new members of the sales (and marketing) team. Showcase N28’s offerings as a strategic fit for the customer organization through workshops, presentations, and executive meetings. You will promote higher-value services and solutions to customers in line with N28’s offerings. Requirements: Deep experience and relationships (CIOs/C-suite, Sales Ops, others) working with Healthcare & Lifesciences, Manufacturing, Semiconductor and Hi-Tech companies. Strong understanding and working experience in Salesforce and AWS (connect and GenAI) products and GTM strategies. Familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or Challenger sales frameworks is preferred. Familiarity with Digital Marketing tools, metrics, and analytics to help drive meaningful sales direction. Experience with professional services delivery is highly preferred. Pragmatic and strong communication skills are essential. Experience with offshore or near-shore teams will help very much. Strong situational analysis, negotiation, and decision-making abilities. Detail and quality-oriented with the desire to quickly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies. Skills and Experience : BA/BS degree or foreign equivalent; MBA a plus. 10 years of sales roles in the US market, carrying $5M sales targets. Previous experience in managing $2M – $10M accounts. 5 years of salesforce and/or AWS delivery and/or implementation preferred. Successful track record leading go-to-market activities and organizational change management. Understands cloud-based technologies; translates customer/business requirements into business solutions (and successfully positions with customers).
