Key Responsibilities Lead the global trade compliance team responsible for implementing and maintaining effective trade compliance with applicable import, export, and sanctions laws Develop and implement trade compliance controls, policies, and procedures to support risk management and the compliant flow of goods and technology across borders Manage and oversee trade procedures, including classifications (HTS and ECCN), country of origin determinations, and customs valuation Stay updated on trade laws, regulations, designations, and other related regulatory announcements, assess and calibrate program response, and communicate business impacts Provide strategic business guidance and support to internal stakeholders on trade compliance matters, including transactional reviews, training, and awareness programs Engage with regulatory authorities, support obtaining authorizations, and managing authorizations across all trade disciplines (import and customs, export (ITAR, EAR, NRC), and sanctions, as appropriate) Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify areas of risk, improvement and implement corrective actions Support investigations into trade compliance issues, including engagements with outside counsel as appropriate; and Exercise strong leadership, collaboration, and execution skills with project teams, outside vendors and consultants. Compensation & Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is $269,000 - $337,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. This position is incentive plan eligible.
