Oversee operations of amenities, lifestyle programming, recreational facilities, and resident services. Manage large-scale renovation and construction initiatives in collaboration with consultants, contractors, and the Board. Oversees contract bidding and vendor performance for large-scale service agreements. Manages all community communications, including newsletters, websites, and emergency alerts. Analyzes financial reports, coordinates input of professional advisors, implements recommended procedures. Facilitates Annual Meetings and Elections.
