Build your career with Castor Materials. Castor Materials, a growing, family-owned and operated concrete supplier, is hiring experienced Ready-Mix Concrete Truck Drivers . With a fleet of more than 48 front-discharge mixer trucks, we supply concrete for commercial, residential, and major infrastructure projects throughout Philadelphia and surrounding areas. What We Offer Hourly pay: $40.00 per hour—paid by the hour, not by the load or trip Health, dental, and vision insurance 401K Retirement Annual wage increases Up to three weeks of paid vacation based on service Paid personal time and holidays Life insurance and AFLAC supplemental coverage What You’ll Do Safely deliver ready-mix concrete to customer job sites. Operate the mixer truck and discharge equipment safely and efficiently. Coordinate with dispatch, plant staff, and customers to keep deliveries on schedule. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns. Keep your truck clean, properly maintained, and ready for the next load. Complete delivery tickets, inspection reports, and required paperwork accurately. Follow company safety procedures and DOT requirements. Represent Castor Materials professionally and assist with plant duties as needed. What You’ll Bring Valid Class B CDL or higher , in good standing At least two years of ready-mix concrete driving experience At least two years of construction experience Clean driving record, with no accidents or license suspensions within the past five years Ability to meet DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening requirements Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Reliable transportation to and from work Strong communication skills, a safety-first mindset, and a dependable work ethic Ready to Join Our Team?
