You'll work within a regulated environment while gaining exposure to product development, new product implementation, and lifecycle management activities. Key Responsibilities Support new product implementation and product lifecycle management activities Lead and coordinate multiple engineering projects simultaneously Partner with Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and global teams Conduct product evaluations, testing, validation, and technical investigations Analyze engineering data and recommend solutions to technical challenges Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and engineering records Ensure compliance with FDA and ISO quality requirements Drive continuous improvement initiatives that support product quality and business growth Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering required 0-3 years of engineering experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Preferred Skills & Experience Internship, co-op, or industry experience in a regulated environment Exposure to medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or manufacturing Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, and/or ISO 14971 Experience with product development, validation, or testing activities Project management and technical documentation experience Continuous improvement mindset and strong collaboration skills Professional certifications are a plus Work Environment This role offers exposure to office, laboratory, and manufacturing environments and may require limited travel. Salary Range: $68,700 - $78,700 The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
