Pharmacy Technician Compensation • The pay for this position is $26.00 per hour • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Pharmacy Technician Highlights • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs • The required availability for this position is Sunday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM and Monday – Thursday 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM • Onsite position in Everett, WA • Central Fill Pharmacy environment with no patient interaction, phone calls, or insurance processing • Fast-paced, high-volume automated pharmacy fulfillment environment Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities • Accurately and efficiently fill prescription requests in a high-volume automated refill setting • Manually fill prescription vials with tablets and capsules based on prescription instructions • Read computer-generated screens to identify correct medication, size, and strength from labeled shelves • Perform basic math calculations and accurate counting to fill prescriptions correctly • Replenish medications in automated dispensing cells and scan barcodes using handheld scanners • Enter expiration dates and lot numbers into the computer system • Maintain high attention to detail to avoid cross-contamination and perform quality checks on medications • Prepare cold-chain and specialty prescriptions according to specific packaging and handling requirements • Assist with packing and shipping prescription orders • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and pharmacy procedures to ensure patient safety and privacy • Perform weekly cycle counts and inventory audits as assigned by the Inventory Manager • Assist with identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies • Recognize and escalate issues to management when necessary Requirements • High School Diploma or GED • Pharmacy Technician experience preferred • Basic math and computer skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-style environment • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience in a central fill, mail-order, or high-volume pharmacy environment • Experience using automated pharmacy dispensing systems or handheld scanning devices If you think this position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me - feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting! -

PHYSICAL DEMANDS This position requires a full range of body motion with intermittent walking, lifting, bending, climbing, squatting, kneeling, twisting, sitting, and standing. The associate will be required to walk for up to one hour a day, stand for five hours a day and sit for two hours. The individual must be able to lift twenty pounds and reach work above the shoulders. The individual must have good eye-hand coordination and fine finger dexterity to operate machines. The individual must have excellent verbal communication skills to communicate with patients, providers, and co-workers. The associate must have vision corrected and hearing in the normal range. e-Commerce Operations Department Lead

The Operations Department Lead assists the e-Commerce Supervisor in the efficient operation of Goodwill SoCal's e-commerce account operations by providing day-to-day operational oversight of Category Leads and Associates in assigned Department. This role ensures established goals related to order fulfillment, customer service, safety, payroll, and expense control are met through consistent execution of operational workflows, marketplace standards, and adherence to Goodwill Southern California policies and values. Essential Duties & Responsibilities E-Commerce Operations & Fulfillment Maintain expert-level knowledge of assigned e-commerce operations workflows, including order processing, shipping, and fulfillment activities. Perform routine fulfillment quality checks to ensure order accuracy and compliance with marketplace standards. Perform daily Operations Associate duties as needed to support workflow continuity and operational effectiveness.
