This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. Sells products and services to customers in assigned non-bulk multi-dwelling units (MDU) areas/properties with 20 doors through door-to-door solicitation, lobby events, and by building strong relationships with property managers. Responsibilities : Conduct system inspections to meet federal and state requirements Routine inspection and maintenance of distribution system piping, valves, metering and pressure reducing stations, odorization equipment, and cathodic protection systems Operate high-pressure natural gas utility systems Initialize natural gas service to new customers Ability to respond to system emergencies, locate lines, and conduct system leak surveys Basic Qualifications : Valid Florida Driver’s License Possess the ability to interpret system maps and technical drawings Ability to complete required evaluations and testing for Gas Operator Qualification per D.O.T. requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency in standard office software programs and mobile electronic devices Additional Information : Schedule Availability: Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Park Services Team Member-Early Morning Cleaning Crew (6AM start time) Starting at $16.00 an hour

Responsibilities: What You Will Be Doing: Walk through the parking lot to get any trash left behind Empty parking lot trash cans Hose down midways and patios before park operation per wash down schedule Walk through park as a park sweep checking for trash and debris Empty trash cans to maintain freshness Check restrooms for stock and deep cleaning on a schedule basis Control inventory of paper products and supplies to keep restrooms stocked Occasional using leaf blower’s other equipment to establish and clean midway Other duties as directed from supervisor regarding park look.
