Position Overview: The Facilities Manager will oversee a well-established and expanding program for 14 company properties in SE Wisconsin. They will manage the facility maintenance program, supervise and direct the current technician team, handle building improvement projects, and assist with planning for future growth. Additionally, they will serve as the project manager and primary contact for all parties involved in ongoing renovations of existing buildings and new construction.
