Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required. An MBA, CPA, or equivalent is highly desirable. 2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive financial management experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry. 3. Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). 4. Experience in managing credit, risk, tax, treasury, and accounts receivable functions. 5. Proven experience in financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting. 6.
