Full job description Commercial Site Superintendent II (Commercial Construction) Hazley Commercial Construction is a relationship-driven commercial construction firm based in West Chester, PA . We specialize in complex, high-quality commercial projects and are seeking a Commercial Site Superintendent II to lead field operations from mobilization through project completion. This role is for a highly experienced field leader who understands commercial construction at a senior level, including project sequencing, site logistics, subcontractor coordination, and team leadership. This is a hands-on field leadership role, not an office-based position. The Opportunity We are hiring a Commercial Site Superintendent II with 7-15 years of commercial construction experience . You will be responsible for leading field operations on assigned commercial projects, including schedule control, subcontractor performance, field productivity, quality, and day-to-day site coordination. You will work closely with the Project Manager while serving as the primary field leader for your assigned projects, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and Hazley standards.
