Job Description Tucson Medical Center Seeking full-time Pediatric Anesthesiologist to care for both pediatric and adult patients at Tucson Medical Center and Rincon Surgery Center. This position can be W2 or 1099. Care Team Model: Physicians perform approximately 60% solo cases and provide CRNA Medical Direction on 40% of cases (1:3 ratio) 33 total anesthetizing locations; 26 General ORs & 7 ORs dedicated for Cardiac, Peds and OB/Epidurals. Cases includes ENT, General, GI, GYN, Neuro, Surgical Oncology, Ophthalmology, Oral/Max, Orthopedics, Plastics, Pediatrics, Urology, and Major Vascular. Opportunity to expand clinical skills with ASA 4/5 cases: 10-OR orthopedic surgical floor with extensive opportunities for neuraxial anesthesia and all peripheral nerve blocks. Full Time employment is considered 42 weeks/year: 40-hrs/week. (Mon-Fri) (8, 10, or 12-hr. day shifts); option to expand base salary with addition and optional commitments. W2 Physicians are extended guaranteed pay for the entire shift scheduled, despite that OR time may end earlier. Job Description AdventHealth Tampa & AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) are looking for a dynamic and energetic Critical Care Medicine Physician to join our team at AdventHealth Tampa. This position is a result of programmatic and companywide growth throughout AdventHealth as we continue to support and establish high quality Critical Care services to our region in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate would have experience or be comfortable working in Cardiac, Neurosurgery, Surgical and Medical ICU settings. The practice would be affiliated to AHMG Critical Care Specialists of Central Florida, a 100 plus employed provider intensive care team, which reaches approximately 10 other AdventHealth campuses throughout Central and North Florida, caring for over 18000 critically patients a year. The department has a strong, long-standing partnership with Neurosurgery, creating steady opportunities for collaborative endoscopic skull base surgery.
