Recruitment and Team Development: Participate in the interview and selection process for new psychiatrists. Mentor and support psychiatry team members to enhance professional development. 5. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Engage in compliance-related and quality improvement initiatives within the psychiatry team. Monitor adherence to regulatory standards and best practices. Identify and address workflow and quality issues at all covered sites. 6. Supervision and Support: Provide oversight of STeM psychiatry Nurse Practitioners; if applicable.
