PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION The purpose of the HANCO EMS Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) is to deliver pre-hospital and trauma care within the scope of their specific certification level. HANCO EMS is the primary 911 Provider for the local community and also provides a wide spectrum of medical transport services. All patients will be as transported to the nearest appropriate hospital or medical facility. Responsibilities Operate high-volume copiers, scanners, and mail processing equipment Perform binding, finishing, quality control, and final checks on print jobs Conduct daily inspections of copiers, clear paper jams, and perform basic repairs or notify technicians Maintain records, service logs, inventories, and billing logs Ship and receive materials, sort and distribute mail and faxes, and apply postage as required Scan, convert, and format files, including OCR, FTP transfers, and managing electronic file tables of contents Handle sensitive and confidential legal documents with accuracy and professionalism Deliver completed jobs and packages to on-site and off-site locations as needed Perform filing, archiving, and purging duties according to customer requests Set up and break down meeting and conference rooms; assist with building occupant moves, light maintenance, and re-lamping Support executive-level customers, including legal secretaries, project managers, paralegals, associates, and partners Assist with off-site projects, including BIS or Smart Source, as assigned Perform other duties to ensure smooth operation of print production, mail, and hospitality services Requirements High school diploma or GED required; 1 2 years of related work experience required; 2 years in legal industry preferred Prior experience in print production, copy jobs, or office services preferred Strong customer service, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor; business casual dress required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform moderate physical tasks as needed Knowledge of copier and related equipment; repair experience preferred Working knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and document management systems Ability to handle sensitive legal documents accurately and maintain confidentiality Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities Basic electronics knowledge and troubleshooting skills preferred Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals and documentation Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
