In this role, you’ll assist with all stages of litigation, including preparing Probate Court filings, drafting motions, coordinating with courts, managing discovery, and supporting attorneys through trial preparation. Key Responsibilities: Prepare court filings related to estates, trusts, and guardianships Draft motions, affidavits, and correspondence Coordinate filings (e-filing, hand, and mail) with various courts Manage deadlines, discovery trackers, and document organization Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and financial institutions Maintain accurate billing records Requirements: 5 years of litigation experience (fiduciary/probate a plus) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a collaborative legal environment, we’d love to hear from you.
