What You’ll Do Lead and review high-level individual, fiduciary, estate, and gift tax returns Lead and review exempt organization filings for family foundations and related charities, including Forms 990, 990-PF, and 990-T, and oversee compliance calendars and state charitable registrations Ensure compliance with multi-state probate, inheritance, estate, and individual income tax statutes and regulations, coordinating filings and requirements across jurisdictions Oversee preparation of estate, trust, and guardianship fiduciary accountings to ensure transparency and accountability in estate and asset management Research federal and state tax laws by situs, prepare technical tax memorandums, and develop innovative tax strategies tailored to the unique needs of clients Provide ongoing consulting and scenario modeling, including multi-year income, estate, gift, generation-skipping transfer, and fiduciary tax projections, estimated tax planning, and distribution strategies for individuals, trusts, estates, and private foundations.
