Base pay range $200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr About the Role We at Innovaccer are looking for a Staff Engineer specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) who leads the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI systems. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a strong ability to align AI solutions with business objectives. As a senior-level position, the Staff Engineer is responsible for driving innovation and ensuring the scalability and reliability of AI systems. A Day in the Life Design, build, and optimize machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) models, including generative AI frameworks like transformers and GANs Develop end-to-end AI system architectures that integrate with existing business platforms. Build and manage data ingestion, transformation pipelines, and infrastructure to support scalable AI solutions. Conduct statistical analyses, run experiments, and interpret results to guide decision-making. Deploy AI models into production environments, monitor performance, and ensure continuous improvement. Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to align AI initiatives with organizational goals. Identify potential biases in AI models and ensure ethical considerations are addressed during development.
