This is a high-impact role, reporting directly to the CFO, and responsible for overseeing core accounting operations including financial close processes, sales tax compliance, financial reporting and analysis, banking activities, balance sheet reconciliations, asset management, and ERP oversight. What You’ll Do Team Leadership & Management Supervise and support the accounting team responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Staff Accountant duties Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture with a focus on mentorship and professional development Financial Close & Accounting Operations Lead the monthly and year-end close processes Prepare and post journal entries, including payroll, recurring, and non-recurring entries Manage accruals and ensure accurate financial analysis Oversee fixed asset management and reporting Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including bank, accrual, and liability reconciliations Prepare and reconcile commission calculations for direct sales, agencies, and cooperative contracts Provide audit support and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards Reporting & Analysis Deliver accurate and timely monthly financial reports and performance analysis Support the CFO with ad hoc reports and analytical requests Handle intercompany transactions, invoicing, and reconciliation of intercompany accounts What You’ll Need 5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or related field preferred Hands-on experience with ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision a strong plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively Interested in hearing more?
