Commercial Construction Superintendent Job Description: A Superintendent directs the work flow of the project on site consistent with the project schedule and HITT safety and quality standards. The Superintendent provides leadership and serves as the liaison between project team members to promote the interest of both the business and clients in all matters, as well as demonstrate the characteristics of a mid-level leader. The Superintendent communicates project priorities to site staff and all subcontractors, serving as the primary leader on site for the construction project. Responsibilities Understanding and administering the HITT safety program to include all subcontractors, ensuring that all accidents/incidents are promptly reported and investigated, and assisting in safety inspections by outside agencies Maintain HITT quality standards for all aspects of the project Serve as the leader for all on site safety, managing a safe jobsite for all involved Maintain daily log of all activities and site conditions, while managing the punch list and closeout process through owner/architect acceptance Work with the project manager in formulating project schedule, ensuring that the proper methods and sequence of installation are followed, making and following through with schedule commitments, and maintaining HITT quality standards Maintain good working relationships with all subcontractors on the project, developing relationships within the community which enhance business opportunities, and ensuring subcontractors are treated fairly Ensure complete, accurate daily documentation of work orders/tickets, understanding subcontractor scope of work to avoid unnecessary change orders, and identifying problems early and act immediately to provide solutions Develop and organize the site team, arranging for temporary facilities/utilities for the site, and identifying long lead items that need to be expedited Collaborate with the project manager and site operations team throughout the life of the project Qualifications A four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred. In lieu of a degree, additional work experience is acceptable. 5 years’ experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor Tenant renovations, service work, work in occupied spaces, weekend work, fast paced project experience all a plus Mastery of building processes and best practices Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results Project lead experience preferred Previous experience in a superintendent or project lead experience preferred Ability to master sector/project-specific software systems including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite (ex. CNC Operator

Versatile Mold and Design, Inc. (VMD) designs and builds molds and dies for numerous multi-national companies in a wide variety of industries. Versatile also acts as a product development partner with our customers by offering prototyping services, design support and part production. The Position The CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Operator is responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce or modify components and tools made of metal, plastic, or other materials. In the role, the employee must ensure that precision machining operations are completed to meet quality and safety standards, as well as production timelines. Primary Responsibilities Operate CNC mills, lathes, wire EDM, sinker EDM, hole poppers or other machines according to specifications and work instructions. Load raw materials into machines and monitor the machining process. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges). Make machine adjustments to control speed, feed, and tool paths as needed. Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and safe. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders. Record production data and complete quality control documentation. Dis-assemble and re-assemble molds, dies and other tooling to perform maintenance or repairs. Clean as needed and replace worn components as needed. Communicate issues with tooling, machinery, or materials to supervisors. Maintenance Tech I - 2nd Shift

Job Summary Under limited supervision, set up, adjust, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain assigned equipment with responsibility for production and quality. Job Description Hours/Shift - 2:00PM-10:30PM Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on assigned conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment as needed. Perform routine troubleshooting of assigned out of service equipment and correct issues, act as an escalation point for lower level technicians, and escalate to leadership and/or more senior technicians as needed. Record all maintenance issues in maintenance log for each line. Document all work in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and ticketing systems as appropriate and maintain accurate records of all operating logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC equipment, and other facility systems that are tested on a routine basis. Perform root cause analysis of major downtime events. Assist maintenance mechanics in work that requires two people or when operational needs demand. Perform facility/building project work as assigned. Tasks include, but are not limited to, light bulb/ballast replacement, door repairs, furniture installation, ceiling tile replacement, carpentry duties, plumbing repairs and maintaining operation logs. ​Assemble and test equipment to verify correct operation and production. Analyze and record cause of production delays on daily production reports and initiate procedures to solve equipment malfunctions. Examine defects and analyze spoilage causes and, where possible, take corrective action and verify the corrective action has eliminated the problems. Required Experience: Education High school diploma or equivalent Work Experience 3 year of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance Fundamental understanding of machinery/equipment Basic skill level in multiple computer software packages including Microsoft Excel Experience working with inputs, outputs, and PLC logic systems and ability to troubleshoot these systems - Willing to travel at least/up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
