Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field. 7 years of HR and talent acquisition experience, including previous management experience. Experience in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Workday knowledge a plus. Knowledgeable of federal and Ohio labor and employment laws. Strong recruiting background, especially in high-growth, shift or warehouse settings. Extended travel for initial training at Uline's North American locations.
