Key job responsibilities include: Provide litigation support for real estate, condemnation, business, construction, and other general civil litigation matters Track and manage case deadlines, including court dates, filing deadlines, and other critical milestones Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, real estate transactions documents, motions, and subpoenas E-filing in state and federal court Act as a primary liaison between the attorney and clients Effectively collaborate with other team members and work independently as needed. Monitor and ensure compliance with court orders, settlement agreements, and other legal obligations.
