The EVP, Human Resources Technology-Artificial Intelligence will be a key member of the executive leadership team for fast growing Series C private company positioning for an IPO 2027/28. As an accomplished HR strategic leader, you will drive change transformation and strategy execution to achieve specific business results. This position is responsible for strengthening overall employee culture and driving change management at all levels throughout our client's diverse and multi‑cultural organization to optimize efficiency in their operations while also influencing and infusing company values in alignment with their growth. Responsibilities Define and execute the overall HR strategy to drive a culture of high employee engagement in alignment with the business strategy.
