Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct engaging and effective individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions via telehealth, tailoring your approach to meet the diverse needs of your clients. \n Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and assessed needs, adapting strategies as progress is made. \n Provide empathetic support, utilizing evidence-based techniques to help clients navigate emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. \n Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to create integrated care plans that enhance client outcomes. \n Maintain detailed clinical documentation, including session notes and treatment updates, in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards. \n Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest research, trends, and best practices in counseling and telehealth. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The LPC will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n \n Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. \n Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is required. \n Minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing counseling services. \n Exceptional communication skills, which include active listening, empathy, and the ability to convey complex concepts clearly. \n Strong capacity to establish trust and build rapport with clients through a genuine, client-centered approach. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience in telehealth counseling, utilizing digital platforms for client engagement. \n Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy. \n Proficiency in managing a caseload effectively and maintaining timely communication with clients. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
