The Opportunity As an Account Representative I, you will serve as a key point of contact in resolving accounts for deceased individuals, working sensitively with estates, attorneys, and family representatives. This is an office-based role at our Minnesota location. You will be part of a supportive team that values empathy, accuracy, and professionalism. Assists with recruiting, on-boarding of new hires, and general employees questions. EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS - HUMAN RESOURCE COORDINATOR Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field Ability to build strong relationships, provide excellent customer service, and problem solve. Demonstrated effectiveness in supporting multiple business leaders, working across varied HR practice areas A strong team player with the ability to work and in a cooperative manner with internal clients and colleagues at all levels as well as independently with supervision.
