Work Environment\n This position operates within a remote setting, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring you meet the needs of your clients. Our team encourages a healthy work-life balance, with options for flexible scheduling, including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts between the hours of 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a variety of tasks that directly contribute to the well-being of clients: \n \n Provide high-quality psychotherapy and counseling tailored to the unique needs of clients, ensuring effective care in emotional, behavioral, and psychological areas. \n Conduct thorough interviews with clients to gather relevant social, personal, and health history, thereby enabling comprehensive and personalized treatment plans. \n Evaluate and treat psychological and social problems that align with your scope of practice, employing evidence-based methodologies. \n Design and coordinate programs and activities aimed at fulfilling clients' social and emotional needs, including crisis intervention and long-term planning. \n Facilitate discussions around cognitive, affective, and behavioral health to support crisis resolution and make appropriate referrals to community resources. \n Build enduring relationships with clients characterized by trust, mutual respect, and acceptance, laying a strong foundation for effective therapy. \n Continuously assess and document the effectiveness of treatment, ensuring that client records are meticulously maintained according to established protocols. \n Manage a caseload that meets organizational requirements, documenting all interactions and services rendered to clients in a timely manner. \n Provide individualized clinical counseling that addresses specific mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and family dynamics. \n Be open to other duties as assigned, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our client base includes individuals and families facing a myriad of challenges related to mental health. You will work with diverse populations, including those struggling with behavioral health issues such as depression, mood disorders, addiction, and familial conflicts. Qualifications\n The ideal candidate will have a solid educational background and relevant professional experience: \n \n A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field. \n A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential within the state of Pennsylvania. \n At least four years of relevant experience in the mental health field or a closely related area, with a strong preference for those proficient in counseling practices. \n Preferred Experience\n We value candidates who possess experience in treating diverse behavioral health issues, particularly: \n \n Depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. \n Substance use disorder management, including alcohol and drug dependency. \n Family and marital counseling, addressing communication issues and relational dynamics. \n Grief and loss counseling, guiding clients through complex emotional challenges. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
