This is a great opportunity for an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), a nursing assistant, a patient care tech or even someone interested in becoming a nursing assistant and providing patient care. Job Title: Quality Control Supervisor Location: G Street Facility, Philadelphia, PA Reports To: Quality Manager Position Summary The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for leading the QC team and ensuring that all inspection and testing activities comply with ISO 9001 standards and company quality objectives. Oversee inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. Review and approve inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance documentation. Identify opportunities to improve laboratory workflows, reduce testing time, and enhance accuracy. Implement new inspection methods, tools, and technologies to optimize QC processes. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to integrate quality improvements into manufacturing processes. Enforce compliance with all safety regulations and company policies in the QC lab. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments. Support internal audits and assist with external certification audits. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) for identified issues. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, oQuality Management, or related field. 5 years in a QC role within a manufacturing environment; at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
