Job Description Saint Luke's East in Lee's Summit is seeking a Nursing Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), a nursing assistant, a patient care tech or even someone interested in becoming a nursing assistant and providing patient care. Those candidates that are not certified or that do not have applicable experience will receive 6 weeks of on-the-job training to learn the position. This training will be full-time. You will have the opportunitytohelp improve hospital throughput and capacity while enhancing the patient experience. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, oQuality Management, or related field. 5 years in a QC role within a manufacturing environment; at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity. Proficiency in inspection tools, measurement techniques, and quality software. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The pay range for this position is $85,900.00 - $128,900.00.
