Key Responsibilities Build positive, trusting relationships with patients. Diagnose and treat mental health conditions. Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs. Plan outreach and referral initiatives within local communities. Qualifications A minimum of 12 months of experience in a clinical setting after obtaining full licensure. A Master's Level Degree or higher in a relevant field (Required). A full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license (specific to office location). Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills. EHR Proficiency: Experience with electronic health record systems is essential for managing patient data and documenting clinical information. Familiarity with NextGen is highly desirable. Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in various software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues. The total annual compensation includes a base salary of $90,000 plus monthly bonuses based on billed hours.
