Key Responsibilities Build positive, trusting relationships with patients. Diagnose and treat mental health conditions. Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs. EHR Proficiency: Experience with electronic health record systems is essential for managing patient data and documenting clinical information. Familiarity with NextGen is highly desirable. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues.
