Clinical Pharmacist - Abdominal Transplant, PRN

Overview: The Abdominal Transplant Clinical Pharmacist provides specialized pharmaceutical care to patients undergoing kidney, pancreas and liver transplantation through all phases of transplant care, including pre-transplant evaluations, perioperative/inpatient management, discharge planning and post-transplant care.
