Your role will involve providing individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique experiences and challenges faced by these individuals and their families. Qualifications\n \n Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory. \n A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required. \n Proven ability to establish a secure and trusting therapeutic relationship, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n Demonstrated empathy, sympathy, and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients and their experiences. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience in providing therapy for mood disorders, trauma, and anxiety, with a client-centered approach. \n Familiarity with the latest evidence-based therapeutic practices and methodologies. \n Experience in collaborative settings working alongside multidisciplinary teams. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, with the potential for performance bonuses.
