As a member of our team, you will utilize state-of-the-art telehealth technology to connect with clients, maintain communication with multidisciplinary teams, and navigate treatment plans effectively without the constraints of a traditional office setting. Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnoses for a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, and relational conflicts among individuals, couples, families, and groups. \n Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with medical staff, allied health specialists, and psychiatrists to ensure cohesive patient care that aligns with best practice standards. \n Document all patient interactions and care provided in their permanent medical records in strict compliance with accepted medical and legal protocols. \n Perform case management responsibilities, which include triaging patient needs, making appropriate referrals, and engaging in ongoing communication with both clients and external agencies. \n Provide crisis intervention services to effectively manage emergent issues related to mental health conditions. \n Maintain current and accurate records of therapy sessions, including detailed progress notes to track client development and outcomes. \n Engage in collaborative consultations with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care delivery and optimal treatment protocols. \n Perform additional duties as assigned to support team efforts and enhance client care. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The therapist will work with a diverse clientele presenting with a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and behavioral issues in both children and adults. Qualifications\n \n A valid independent license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC). \n A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD). \n Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans accordingly. \n Competence in intervening effectively in crisis situations while employing de-escalation techniques as necessary. \n Proficient communication skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience in providing therapy services via telehealth platforms, including familiarity with relevant software and tools. \n Background in managing a full caseload while ensuring high standards of care and adherence to regulatory guidelines. \n Knowledge of and experience in working with the social determinants of health that impact mental wellness. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 based on experience and qualifications.
