Key Responsibilities\n \n Provide direct psychotherapy services to clients, employing evidence-based practices to address their mental health needs. \n Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in consultation with multidisciplinary medical teams and family members. \n Facilitate crisis interventions and clinical consultations via telehealth and phone communications, ensuring prompt support during urgent situations. \n Engage in continuous program evaluation and participate in agency meetings to discuss clinical objectives and service delivery standards. \n Maintain accurate and timely documentation within AWARDS electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. \n Oversee the intern recruiting process, including interviewing, onboarding, and training, to support our agency goals. \n Coordinate learning opportunities and professional development sessions for interns, ensuring they meet educational requirements. \n Participate in performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to interns, helping them grow professionally within our organization. \n Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Centralized Intake and clinical supervisors, to monitor and optimize intern case assignments. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n This position primarily focuses on adults, children, and families grappling with emotional and psychological issues, particularly those related to substance use problems. Our client population often experiences a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. You will be instrumental in helping these individuals develop coping strategies and pathways to recovery. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field. \n Current California Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential. \n Ability to offer telehealth services and provide a reliable Internet connection. \n Must be residing in the U.S. and be proficient in remote communication tools. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience working in a clinical setting focused on addiction recovery or detox services is highly desirable. \n Previous experience with electronic health record systems, specifically the AWARDS system, is a plus. \n A background in training or supervising interns is strongly preferred. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
