Job Title: eMachine PV&V Engineer Job Location: Fargo, ND Job Duration: 24 months Contract (possibility of extension) Job Description: · Contribute to the Product Verification & Validation (PV&V) of electric machines, including creating PV&V plans and activities in Client's internal PV&V application, tracking activities, creating work requests and reporting out Activity Completion Rating (ACR) to leadership. · Work collaboratively with both internal and external customers and stakeholders ensuring cohesive and seamless support to define, execute and deliver the PV&V plan and activities for electric machines using lab tests, field tests and electric machine teardowns to ensure the design meets the application requirements for safety, performance, quality, reliability and cost. · Contribute to the interpretation and implementation of standards, specifications and regulations relative to electric machines as they apply to the product. · Deliver small-scale or medium-scale projects while working within an established program management plan. · Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; Product or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading relevant media. · Create and maintain complex technical and/or user documentation to a high standard and back up files to ensure instant recovery if problems occur. What Skills You Need : · Minimum 2 years of experience creating activities, PV&V plans, work requests, program management summaries and scheduling PV&V activities. Education: · Minimum 2 years of experience working with rotating components, electric machine design, test, or implementation. · Knowledge of data acquisition equipment and instrumentation such as accelerometers, thermistors, current transducers and vector network analyzers. · Strong written and verbal communications skills · PV&V activity scheduling and prioritization experience

PH - Switcher PT-3

Responsible for the movement of trailers to and from the unload / load doors and throughout the yard. May also be responsible for the physical loading, unloading and/or sorting of packages by hand, including lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying and placing, in a safe and efficient manner. Essential Function • Performs trailer switches defined as hooking and moving a parked trailer from the yard to a load/unload door or hooking and moving a trailer from a door to the yard. • Communicates with management and/or central control to coordinate trailer movements in the yard. • Documents trailer moves using the Yard Management System (where available) or switcher cards. • Performs pre- and post-trip inspections on switcher equipment. • Understands and demonstrates effective yard switching safety processes and procedures. In addition to the above essential functions, Switchers may also be required to perform Package Handler essential functions as follows: • Utilizes “hand-to-surface” methods for all package handling. • Loads and unloads packages onto or from delivery vehicles, trailers, conveyor system carts and load gratings. • Lifts, carries, pushes and pulls packages on a continuous and repetitive basis for approximate shifts of two to four hours. • Determines the appropriate conveyor system by scanning packages, reading labels and charts, verifying numbers and memorizing information and sorts packages accordingly. • Peforms other duties as assigned Minimum Education •None required Minimum Experience •No experience required; six (6) months of experience as a package handler or switching/CDL operator experience preferred. Responsibilities: Processes deliveries and replenishes consumables as well as coordinates shipping and receiving of materials.
