Affordable Housing Regional Compliance Manager - NC Compliance Specialist A multifamily housing compliance manager ensures that affordable housing properties adhere to federal, state and local regulations. This involves monitoring tenant eligibility, verifying income documentation, and conducting audits to maintain compliance with programs like regulations of LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, and County Affordable Programs.
