Post-Acute Regional Medical Director - Northeastern Region of Pennsylvania (Part-time/PRN) Adfinitas is looking for a talented BE/BC Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medical Director physician to join our established post-acute team in the Hazleton, Catawissa, and Pottsville areas of Pennsylvania. Our Post-Acute team provides medical services for various Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Long Term Care and Assisted Living facilities. This applies to admission, follow-up notes and discharge notes. Ensure that APP staff is adequately supervised and receives sufficient clinical support. Communicate regularly with your supervisors regarding the clinical performance of your sites Ensure that all shifts are filled consistent with the applicable staffing model and provider contact requirements. Manage utilization and scheduling of team s PTO. Ensure that Company policies and practices are understood and followed.
