Mechanical ability to perform overhauls on water control gates, gearboxes, and small pumps. Performs welding including brazing torch work, cutting, and fitting, and arc welding layout and design. The ability to assist with repairs and installations of electrical equipment is a plus. Work experience performing hydraulic maintenance, repair, or installations preferred. Experience: 7 years in plastic injection processes (machines >1500 tons) or process engineering. 3 years in end-of-arm automation. Skills: Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, SMED, hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotics. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
