Set up and operate CNC Grinding machines to produce components as per the specifications. 2. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals to understand the requirements of the product. 3. Edit CNC programs using G-code to meet the requirements of the product design. 4. Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure the components meet the required specifications. 5. Select and mount grinding wheels on machines, according to specifications, using hand tools and applying knowledge of abrasives and grinding procedures. 6. Monitor machine operations to detect any problems or deviations from the standard and make necessary adjustments. 7. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure smooth and safe operations. 8. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols. 9. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve efficiency and overall productivity. Qualifications 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Grinder or similar role in a manufacturing setting. 2. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. 3. Strong knowledge and experience with G-code and CNC program editing. 4. Proficient in using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers. 5. Extensive experience with CNC Grinding machines and grinding wheels. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. 7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 8.
