WHAT YOU'LL DO Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evidence-based medication management for patients aged 4 and older, including those with complex medical histories. Partner with patients and their families to develop personalized treatment plans that focus on achieving their unique personal goals. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and efficiently handle administrative tasks like patient messages and refill requests. Collaborate actively with our leadership team and colleagues through regular case reviews and peer consultation. Apply a neurodiversity-affirming approach as the standard foundation for all patient interactions and clinical decision-making. WHAT TO EXPECT — STRUCTURE & SCHEDULE We prioritize sustainable, high-quality care by structuring our clinical model to prevent burnout: Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (No Fridays). Part-time roles (minimum 3 days) are available. Patient Appointments: 90-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. Dedicated Admin Time: 90 minutes of protected time daily for documentation, refills, authorizations, and case management. Location: This is an in person position, based at our Vancouver, WA clinic with options for telemedicine follow-ups for established patients. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS You hold a Master's or Doctorate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing. You have an active, unrestricted APRN/ARNP license in Washington. Active Oregon APRN license required prior to start date (we see Oregon patients via telemedicine) You maintain an active DEA registration. You are board-certified as a PMHNP through the ANCC or AANPCB. You feel comfortable prescribing for pediatric patients (ages 4) or are excited to grow in this area. VALUED EXPERIENCE While not required, we'd love to hear about any background you have working with children, adolescents, or neurodivergent populations. Experience with collaborative care or brief therapeutic interventions is always a plus in our team environment. If you've practiced telepsychiatry before, that experience will translate well here. Previous use of Valant or similar EHR systems can help you hit the ground running. Bilingual skills are a wonderful asset that helps us better serve our community. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: $140,000 – $187,000 annually (equivalent to $75 - $100 per hour), commensurate with experience and career level.
