Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, tailoring personalized treatment plans that align with each individual's goals. \n Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions using secure virtual platforms such as Zoom or exclusive telehealth software, ensuring privacy and confidentiality comply with healthcare regulations. \n Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals, providing ongoing encouragement and adjustment of treatment approaches in response to client progress and feedback. \n Employ a variety of therapeutic methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based techniques, adapting to the diverse needs and preferences of clients. \n Document therapy sessions meticulously to track client progress and maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The clients you will work with encompass a diverse demographic, including adults, adolescents, and families facing a wide array of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Understanding the unique experiences and backgrounds of each client is critical to creating a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship.
