Job Description Description \n The Law Enforcement and Litigation Portfolio is seeking a highly motivated Customer Relationship Manager to support a federal customer. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, detail oriented, organized and ready to jump in to help manage and streamline operational and coordination tasks across various teams. The position will have responsibility for managing the day-to-day work, adjudicating priorities, interfacing with senior customer leadership, managing personnel actions, and other relevant duties as assigned. A go getter attitude, high energy, and the ability to jump in with minimal guidance to get things done are essential for success in this role. \n \n The work for our federal customers includes Service Desk services with the use of ServiceNow as an ITSM system, deskside support, asset management, IT infrastructure support, custom application support, information assurance, and other critical IT services enabling our customer’s mission. The Customer Relationship Manager role also has responsibility for financial performance. \n \n This position is at a customer facility in downtown Washington, DC requiring on site presence 4-days a week, and requires working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be personable and articulate and will be a self-starter who can work with limited supervision.
