Job Summary Guides the day-to-day operations of a team monitoring product attributes to assure product quality is at targeted levels of the customer product specifications. Ensures food safety, regulatory and company compliance, and compliance with all established safety procedures. Ensures all required checks and tests are performed within the plant as prescribed in the USDA regulations, Butterball LLC Policies, and the HACCP program. Responsible for retained product releases. Key Responsibilities Supervises the day-to-day activities of a team of entry level individual contributors. Provides guidance, coaching, and support to ensure successful completion of tasks. Participates in HR activities such as hiring, terminations, performance management, goal setting, team member development, scheduling, etc. Enforces systems, policies, and procedures. Reviews and approves timecards. Responsible for ensuring adherence to all food safety regulations and quality standards on the Plant floor(s), including contractor and construction projects. Provides coaching and follows up with technicians and operations to ensure compliance. Assists with the development and implementation of policies, process control procedures and monitoring, and standard practices. Troubleshoots plant quality, safety, and sanitation problems. Implements corrective actions to address and mitigate identified issues. Promotes GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Food safety across the organization. Provides coaching and training across the operation’s teams as needed. Works closely with USDA. Reviews all paperwork to ensure proper procedures are followed. Investigates and escalates issues as appropriate. Assists with facility, customer, and third-party audits and audit preparation. Responsible for daily SOP audits. Participates in investigation of product failures and customer complaints. May provide recommended solution to management team. Communicates with all levels of management to ensure they maintain control of the process. Identifies opportunities and supports creation and implementation of plant processes and/or product improvement projects. Maintains the technical expertise of team with recurring training in all areas with their functional area. Material Group Planner

Monitors and maintains optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations. 6. Employee is used mainly to prepare and serve food, run the register, open and close the store on a periodic basis, maintain store cleanliness, provide customer service, oversee crew members and learn the role of an assistant manager. This employee is working their way into an Assistant Managers position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provides professional customer service and can address customer complaints Supervises crew members when General Manager and Assistant Manager are not present. Effectively opens and closes the store. Fiber Splicer I - Outside Plant Construction

You will perform beginner to intermediate operation of fiber fusion splicer, OTDR, and optical light testers to ensure adherence to TDS fiber splicing standards while ensuring accuracy and timely documentation of the final product for project closing. In this role, you will complete fiber splicing for projects while coordinating with OSP construction, OSP construction contractors, and internal construction teams, ensuring project timelines are met with relation to new network turnup activities. Communicates updates to the project team as required. Takes direction on daily and weekly project work based on deadlines, material and equipment availability, weather, and other factors. Coordinates with supervisor to ensure continual supply of work and availability of materials. Drafts and submits redlines and splice documentation upon completion of project. Sets splice enclosures and splice cases according to design, splices fiber, tests, and documents all project fiber locations as part of daily activity. Regularly engages with Network Services OSP construction teams, OSP construction contractors and internal construction teams to align with daily tasks. Reads construction plans and determines best approach for completing fiber splicing work. Maintains all project documentation including completion of weekly as built records and daily production reports with support from. Ensures DOT inspections are performed on equipment where required. Works with project managers, OSP construction contractors, and internal construction teams to ensure projects remain on schedule. Services, cleans, maintains, and repairs equipment. Completes all related paperwork in a timely manner. Provides assistance to Field Services technicians as needed.
