Client Inquiry Management: Delivers timely and accurate resolutions to moderately complex client inquiries related to legal orders, subpoenas, and account restrictions via branch email by researching issues using internal systems and collaborating with Legal partners, Front-Line Units, and other internal departments, improving client experience and operational efficiency. Documentation Review & Approval: Validates and approves required legal and account documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance, ensuring adherence to internal legal guidance and risk standards and escalating discrepancies to Legal Operations leadership or designated risk team to mitigate risk and maintain audit readiness. Risk Identification & Process Improvement: Identifies operational risks and process improvement opportunities, evaluates upstream and downstream impacts of data management and account restriction processes, and recommends enhancements that reduce errors, strengthen compliance, and align with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements. Knowledge Sharing & Training: Maintains expertise in legal operations processes, systems, and procedures and supports training for less experienced team members or new hires, sharing best practices to ensure consistent execution and adherence to standards.
