Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of energy conservation and efficiency projects for commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities. Conduct comprehensive energy audits and evaluate utility consumption data. Develop accurate and defensible energy savings calculations and financial analyses. Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in energy engineering. Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following: HVAC systems Building automation systems (BAS) Renewable energy technologies Central plant design Strong experience performing energy audits, utility analysis, and energy savings calculations. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences. Strong project leadership and collaboration skills. Candidates must reside within approximately a 2–3-hour radius of Cleveland, Ohio, or be willing to relocate to the Cleveland or Columbus metropolitan area. Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to successfully pass an FBI background investigation due to federal contract requirements. Preferred Qualifications Certified Energy Manager (CEM) designation. Travel to client sites throughout the region as required. Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred (or equivalent industry experience). Minimum of 5 years of experience in commissioning, retro-commissioning, building automation systems (BAS), HVAC systems, or energy services. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC equipment, building controls, and mechanical building systems. Experience working directly with clients in a technical consulting or project development capacity. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed. Preferred Qualifications Commissioning certifications such as Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA) or Building Commissioning Professional (BCxP) .
