Position Highlights Executive leadership of the Hematology/Oncology division , overseeing 40 physicians Serve as Associate Medical Director for the Cancer Service Line, guiding systemwide oncology strategy Lead clinical, academic, and research programs across multiple hospitals and ambulatory sites Oversee key programs including Bone Marrow Transplant, infusion services, and oncology service expansion Drive clinical trials, precision medicine, and research initiatives in collaboration with academic partners Support faculty development, mentorship, and graduate medical education programs Maintain ~25% clinical practice alongside leadership and academic responsibilities Work within a large integrated academic health system using Epic EMR Requirements Board Certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology Completion of Hematology/Oncology fellowship Experienced physician with progressive leadership background (no new graduates) Michigan license (or willing to obtain) DEA, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Clean malpractice and licensing history H1B visa support available (no J1) This is a full-time permanent leadership role (not open to locum candidates) requiring onsite presence and potential relocation .
