Sales tax across every U.S. state (non-trivial in our category), income tax coordination with external CPAs, state registrations, business licensing, 1099s, regulatory filings. Audit Readiness. Whether we are formally audited in any given year or not, our books are always audit-ready. Systems & Process. Own the finance stack: QuickBooks Online, Luminous, Gusto, and Shopify-connected financial flows, plus banking, AP, and expense tooling. Evaluate, upgrade, and automate continuously.
